Readiness Advising

  • An education- and experience-driven partnership for individuals, teams, and organizations. Advising focuses on the systems that sustain human performance—training design, SOPs, assessment cycles, and recovery integration—keeping the Tactical Human Big Five sharp.

    • Physical Readiness: Duty-grade strength, conditioning, and movement capacity. Includes load management, progression modeling, assessment planning, and injury-risk reduction through mobility and recovery systems.

    • Marksmanship Readiness: Optimizes human and environmental factors behind weapons handling. Covers visual focus, postural stability, grip mechanics, energy management, and range-day programming with safety culture and equipment setup.

    • Medical Readiness: Frames emergency response preparation through a human-performance lens. Integrates CPR/AED readiness, task-specific conditioning, and casualty transport or aquatic rescue preparation.

    • Mobility Readiness: Builds systems for operating in varied terrain and climates. Covers ruck capacity, load planning, and environmental exposure management (heat, cold, altitude).

    • Small-Unit Readiness: Advises teams on planning, briefing, execution, and debriefing. Focus on collective load management, communication under fatigue, and disciplined AAR processes.

    1. Apply and schedule initial consult

    2. Complete consult → confirm eligibility and compatibility

    3. Conduct initial assessment and schedule first advising session

    4. Continue with advising sessions at desired frequency, supported by resources and After-Action Reviews (AARs)

    • Delivered through consults, assessments, AARs, and professional reports

    • Emphasis on providing frameworks, SOPs, and strategies that clients or teams execute independently

    • Scales from individuals to teams and organizations, with flexibility in delivery format (virtual or in-person)
