Benton Lewis, BS, RSCC

Founder & Coach/Consultant

Growing up in a military household, service has always been part of my identity.

Early on, I found my purpose: to support the health, readiness, and performance of warfighters and first responders.

With over five years of experience in tactical performance, I specialize in remote coaching, performance and wellness education, and tech-enabled solution delivery. I integrate wearables, training software, and postmodern coaching principles to develop sustainable, client-centered programs that enhance operational readiness.

While serving on an Army H2F team, I worked alongside interdisciplinary professionals to implement data-driven solutions targeting Soldier performance, return-to-duty outcomes, and deployability.

Recently completing my Master of Arts in Sport Coaching, I am now pursuing board certification in Health and Wellness Coaching—advancing my ability to lead within the growing movement toward holistic, environment-based health and performance models.
