HPO Systems Advisory Agreement

This agreement is between Tactical Human Institute LLC ("Advisor," "we," or "us") and you, the client.

1. WHAT THIS SERVICE IS

This is a 1:1 strategic partnership for Human Performance Professionals tasked with building, running, or overhauling an organizational readiness program. We serve as your strategic overwatch. Using Post-Structural Systems Architecture (PSSA), we help you deconstruct legacy models that create dependency, and help you engineer an ecosystem that produces autonomous, capable operators.

  • Our Objective: Planned obsolescence. We help you build a system where your continuous, hands-on intervention is no longer required by your tactical population.

  • Scope of Practice: This is systems engineering and program management consulting. It is not individual health coaching or clinical counseling.

2. WHAT WE DO (ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Diagnose the Culture: We will audit your current program using Human Systems Integration (HSI) principles, looking beyond sets and reps to see how your program impacts manpower, safety, and operational demand.

  • Eliminate Dependency: We will help you identify the hidden incentives, metrics, and leadership habits in your organization that keep operators dependent on experts and spreadsheets.

  • Architect the Change: We will help you design DOTMLPF-P aligned solutions to transition your organizational culture from a passive "compliance" model to an active "capability" model.

  • Provide Direct Feedback: We will give you unfiltered, objective feedback on your program's design, redundancies, and blind spots.

3. WHAT YOU DO (CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Build the Ecosystem: We provide the systems logic; you build and lead the ecosystem. You remain fully responsible for the implementation and outcomes within your organization.

  • Provide the Reality: You agree to provide an accurate picture of your unit's Concept of Operations (CONOPS), budget constraints, facility limitations, and leadership climate.

  • Embrace the Shift: You must be willing to abandon legacy models, accept programming trade-offs, and prioritize operator autonomy over practitioner control.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & IP

  • Your Data: We will keep your organizational data, mission-sensitive information, and internal metrics strictly confidential, as allowable by law.

  • Our IP: You are paying for our advisory services, not the ownership of THI's proprietary Post-Structural Systems Architecture methodology. You may apply our teachings to your internal program, but you may not resell or package our methodology as your own.

5. LOGISTICS AND FEES

  • The Retainer: This is a continuous advisory relationship billed at $500.00 per month for individual peer-to-peer advisory (organizational retainers scale to departmental scope via separate invoice).

  • Meetings & Punctuality: Meetings occur via video call (Google Meet). We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you forfeit that session. If your Advisor is more than 10 minutes late, you can reschedule the session at no cost or penalty. You must give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a meeting.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time via your account portal. Support continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for advisory retainers for any reason.

  • The Tactical Pause: We understand the unpredictable nature of tactical professions. If you face an official deployment or prolonged field training exercise (FTX) without connectivity, simply use the standard cancellation procedure before you leave. When you return and are ready to resume advisory support, contact us. We will seamlessly reinstate your account so you can pick up exactly where you left off.
