Physical Readiness Training Agreement

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This agreement is between Tactical Human Institute LLC ("THI," "we," or "us") and you, the client.

To deliver our Physical Readiness Training (PRT), THI uses employees, contractors, and secure software. In this document, "Coach" refers to THI and anyone working on our behalf.

By clicking to accept this agreement, you agree to the rules and expectations below.

1. WHAT THIS SERVICE IS (AND ISN'T)

This is a remote, unsupervised training program. We provide the blueprint (the workouts and strategy), and you do the work. Because you are training on your own, you are solely responsible for your safety. Using exercise equipment and pushing your physical limits carries a real risk of injury or property damage. You accept those risks by starting this program.

2. PREREQUISITES TO START

To meet insurance and safety rules, we must confirm the following before we begin:

  • Virtual Meeting: Your Coach will meet with you face-to-face via video (like Google Meet) before your training starts.

  • Your Location: We will not train or assess you in person at any THI facility. You must provide your own gym or training space.

  • Where You Live: You must live in the United States, Canada, or a U.S. Territory while using this service.

3. WHAT WE DO (COACH RESPONSIBILITIES)

Your Coach is your system architect. We will:

  • Analyze Your Needs: We will meet with you to figure out your mission requirements, goals, and current fitness level.

  • Build the Plan: We will design a custom training plan delivered through the BridgeAthletic app.

  • Use Proven Methods: We will use proven strength and conditioning strategies to help you perform at your best.

  • Monitor and Adjust: We will review the data you log in the app and adjust your plan as you progress.

  • Communicate: We will answer your questions within 24 to 48 hours on standard business days. We rest on weekends and holidays to maintain a sustainable pace, and will reply to weekend messages on the next business day.

4. WHAT YOU DO (CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES)

Because this is a remote program, you are in the driver's seat. To succeed and stay safe, you must:

  • Own the Work: You are completely responsible for executing the workouts safely, choosing the right weights, and using good form.

  • Accept the Risks: All physical training carries the risk of muscle tears, joint injuries, heart stress, or property damage. You voluntarily accept these risks and agree not to hold THI or your Coach legally responsible if you are hurt or damage property.

  • Be Medically Cleared: You confirm that a doctor has cleared you for intense physical training. You must tell us about any injuries or duty restrictions before we start. If something hurts (pain, not just normal muscle burn), it is your job to back off or use the easier exercise options we provide.

  • Log Your Data: You must accurately log your workouts in the BridgeAthletic app. Our plan only works if your data is honest and consistent.

  • Speak Up: You must tell your Coach if the workouts are too hard, if you are exhausted, or if you feel sharp pain.

  • Know Your Limits: We cannot watch your form in real-time. Do not attempt an exercise if you do not know how to do it safely. If a movement is too advanced, use a provided alternative or ask your Coach for help before you try it.

  • Check Your Gear: You are responsible for making sure your gym equipment is safe and in good working order.

5. SHARING YOUR DATA

We know you might also work with doctors, skills coaches, or other human performance professionals. We want to support your total readiness:

  • How We Share: If you email us a formal request, we will share your training data and progress notes with your designated professional.

  • Your Permission: We will never share your data without your written permission, unless required by law.

  • The Format: We will send the data in a standard digital format (like a PDF or spreadsheet). We are not responsible for what the other professional does with that data.

  • What We Don't Share: We will share your personal progress, but we will not share THI's private business methods or proprietary coaching secrets.

6. CHECK-IN MEETINGS

Check-ins are short, focused meetings to update your plan and solve problems.

  • Scope: These meetings are strictly for physical performance coaching. Your Coach is not a doctor or a therapist. These sessions are never a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

  • Format: We will meet by phone or video call, depending on what works best.

7. SHOWING UP AND CANCELLATIONS

To keep check-in meetings running smoothly, we strictly follow these rules:

  • Be On Time: We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session is canceled as a "No-Show." If your Coach is more than 10 minutes late, you can reschedule the session at no cost to you.

  • 24-Hour Notice: You must give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a meeting. If you don't, you may lose that session entirely.

8. COST, COMMITMENT, AND CANCELLATION

  • The First 3 Months: This program requires a 3-month initial commitment at $315.00 per month ($945.00 total). It takes at least three months for your body to structurally adapt and build real durability. After the first 3 months, your plan shifts to a month-to-month subscription at our current standard rate.

  • How to Cancel: After your first 3 months, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account portal at tacticalhumaninstitute.com/account/login.

  • Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, you keep access to the app and your Coach until your current billing cycle ends. On the last day of that cycle, all access and coaching support will immediately stop.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes moving, getting injured, getting sick, not using the app, or simply changing your mind about our training style.

  • The Tactical Pause: We understand the unpredictable nature of tactical professions. If you face an official deployment or prolonged field training exercise (FTX) without connectivity, simply use the standard cancellation procedure before you leave. When you return and are ready to resume training, contact us. We will seamlessly reinstate your account without requiring you to repeat the initial 3-month commitment block.
