PHASE 3: AUTONOMOUS READINESS | QUARTERLY AUDIT CADENCE
Physical Readiness Advisory Agreement
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This agreement is between Tactical Human Institute LLC ("THI," "we," or "us") and you, the Client.
To deliver Phase 3 Autonomous Readiness, THI utilizes credentialed Human Performance Systems Architects. In this document, "Practitioner" refers to THI and any professional operating on our behalf. By clicking to accept this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the operational protocols established below.
1. THE SCOPE OF OPERATIONS
This protocol is a technical "Red-Team" audit of your decentralized physical readiness system. We do not author your daily programming. You provide the architecture you are currently utilizing, and we serve as your strategic overwatch—auditing your system, identifying structural friction, and providing the frameworks to optimize it.
Operator-Authored Execution: You retain absolute command authority. We provide the architectural analysis; you execute the work. Because you are operating entirely on your own programming, you are solely responsible for your safety and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical training.
The Clinical Boundary: This is technical systems consulting. It is not medical treatment, physical therapy, or clinical rehabilitation.
2. ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES (What We Do)
Your Practitioner acts as your technical systems auditor. We will:
Conduct System Diagnostics: Review your current training architecture, mission demands, and operational schedule to identify gaps between your physiological output and your tactical requirements.
Identify Systemic Friction: Provide direct, objective feedback on mismanaged load parameters, misallocated biological resources (junk volume), or recovery bottlenecks within your architecture.
Provide Architectural Strategy: Deliver concrete, actionable frameworks to refine your programming so it sustains your operational lethality rather than draining your capacity.
Maintain Asynchronous Overwatch: Provide ongoing advisory support during your 90-day block to assist with iterative adjustments as you pressure-test your redesigned system in the field.
3. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES (What You Do)
Because this phase represents the highest level of operator autonomy, the efficacy of the audit relies entirely on your transparency and execution. You must:
Provide Unvarnished Intelligence: Supply honest, accurate data regarding your actual execution in the training environment, your logistical constraints, and your real-world mission demands.
Iterate Based on Critique: Be receptive to objective, direct feedback. You must be willing to dismantle inefficient training habits and take responsibility for implementing our architectural recommendations.
Execute Strategic Trade-Offs: Acknowledge that biological resources are finite. You must be willing to execute strategic trade-offs (e.g., reducing volume in one domain to facilitate recovery and adaptation in another).
4. SYSTEM AUDITS & PROTOCOL
To maintain operational efficiency across our roster, we strictly enforce the following:
The Format: Advisory audits take place via secure video (e.g., Google Meet) or designated secure channels.
Punctuality: We observe a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the audit is marked as a "No-Show" and forfeited. If your Practitioner is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be rescheduled at no cost or penalty to you.
24-Hour Notice: You must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an audit. Alterations within 24 hours of the start time result in the forfeiture of that session.
5. PROTOCOL STRUCTURE, BILLING, & CANCELLATION
The Quarterly Audit Cadence: This service operates in 90-day advisory blocks, billed continuously at $315.00 every 3 months.
Termination of Protocol: You may terminate your recurring quarterly audit cadence at any time via your secure portal at tacticalhumaninstitute.com/account/login.
Post-Cancellation Access: Upon termination, you retain access to your Practitioner until the conclusion of your current 90-day block. On the final day of that cycle, all advisory support will cease.
Zero-Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes relocation, injury, illness, failure to book audits, or changes in operational preference.
The Tactical Pause: We understand the unpredictable nature of tactical professions. If you face an official deployment, prolonged field training exercise (FTX), or mission lacking connectivity, execute the standard cancellation procedure prior to departure. Upon your return, contact us. We will seamlessly reinstate your account and Audit Cadence so you can resume operations exactly where you left off.
