PHASE 1: ASSESS & OPTIMIZE | 90-DAY BASELINE PROTOCOL
Physical Readiness Training Agreement
Last updated: May 23, 2026
This agreement is between Tactical Human Institute LLC ("THI," "we," or "us") and you, the Client.
To deliver our physical readiness systems, THI utilizes internal personnel, vetted contractors, and secure software platforms. In this document, "Practitioner" refers to THI and anyone operating on our behalf. By clicking to accept this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the operational protocols established below
1. THE SCOPE OF OPERATIONS
This is a decentralized physical readiness program. We provide the architectural blueprint (the programming and strategy); you provide the execution. Because this framework operates independently of a physical THI facility, you retain primary command authority over your safety. Engaging in intense physical conditioning and utilizing training equipment carries inherent risks of injury or property damage. You voluntarily accept those risks by initiating this protocol
2. OPERATIONAL PREREQUISITES
To ensure structural integrity and meet compliance standards, the following must be verified prior to system initiation:
Initial System Diagnostic: Your Practitioner will conduct a mandatory face-to-face virtual audit (e.g., Google Meet) before your programming goes live.
Decentralized Execution: We will not train or assess you in person at any THI facility. You must provide and secure your own operational training space.
Jurisdiction: You must reside in the United States, Canada, or a U.S. Territory while actively utilizing this service.
3. ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES (What We Do)
Your Practitioner serves as your systems architect. We will:
Diagnose Requirements: Analyze your mission demands, current physiological baseline, and tactical objectives.
Architect the System: Design a customized physical readiness protocol delivered securely via the BridgeAthletic application.
Apply Proven Methodology: Utilize evidence-based strength, conditioning, and human performance strategies to build duty-grade durability.
Data as Dialogue: Monitor the metrics you log in the system, utilizing that data to iterate and adapt your programming as you progress.
Maintain Communications: Respond to inquiries within 24 to 48 hours on standard business days. We preserve weekends and holidays for operational maintenance and will process weekend communications on the following business day.
4. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES (What You Do)
Because this system is decentralized, you hold the locus of control. To ensure biological adaptation and safety, you must:
Execute with Command Authority: You are entirely responsible for executing the protocols safely, selecting appropriate loads, and maintaining proper biomechanics.
Accept the Risks: All physical training carries the risk of musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular stress, or property damage. You voluntarily accept these risks and agree not to hold THI or your Practitioner legally liable for injury or damages.
Verify Medical Clearance: You confirm that a physician has cleared you for intense physical training. You must disclose any injuries, duty restrictions, or physiological friction before we begin. If you experience sharp pain, you must exercise tactical judgment to regress the movement using the provided alternatives.
Provide Accurate Intelligence: You must accurately log your execution data in the BridgeAthletic app. Our architecture only functions if your data is honest and consistent.
Communicate Friction: You must notify your Practitioner if the protocols exceed your operational capacity, if you are critically under-recovered, or if you experience pain.
Exercise Tactical Judgment: We cannot monitor your execution in real-time. Do not attempt a movement if you cannot execute it safely. If a protocol is too advanced, utilize the provided alternative or request architectural guidance.
Maintain Equipment Integrity: You are responsible for ensuring your training equipment is secure, safe, and fully operational.
5. INTEROPERABILITY & DATA SHARING
We recognize that you may operate within a wider network of clinicians, skills instructors, or departmental personnel. We support your total system readiness:
Release of Intelligence: Upon your formal written request, we will share your training data and progress diagnostics with your designated professional.
Your Authority: We will never distribute your data without your explicit written authorization, except as required by law.
The Format: Data will be transmitted in a standard digital format. We are not responsible for how external professionals interpret or utilize that intelligence.
Proprietary Boundaries: We will share your physiological progress, but we will not release THI's proprietary architectural systems or private methodology.
6. SYSTEM AUDITS (Check-In Meetings)
Audits are concise, focused diagnostics designed to iterate your plan and resolve friction.
The Scope: These audits are strictly for physical performance advising. Your Practitioner is not a physician or therapist. These sessions are never a substitute for clinical or psychological treatment.
The Format: Audits are conducted via phone or secure video, dictated by operational efficiency.
7. AUDIT CADENCE & PROTOCOL
To maintain operational efficiency across our roster, we strictly enforce the following:
Punctuality: We observe a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the audit is marked as a "No-Show" and canceled. If your Practitioner is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be rescheduled at no cost or penalty to you.
24-Hour Notice: You must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an audit. Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of that session.
8. PROTOCOL STRUCTURE, BILLING, & CANCELLATION
The 90-Day Baseline Protocol: This phase requires an initial 3-month commitment at $315.00 per month ($945.00 total). It requires a minimum of 90 days for the human body to structurally adapt and build verified durability. Upon completion, your architecture will seamlessly transition into a month-to-month Sustainment Cycle at our standard rate.
Termination of Protocol: After the initial 90-day baseline, you may terminate your sustainment cycle at any time via your portal at tacticalhumaninstitute.com/account/login.
Post-Cancellation Access: Upon termination, you retain access to your programming and Practitioner until the conclusion of your current billing cycle. On the final day of that cycle, all access and architectural support will cease.
Zero-Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes relocation, injury, illness, failure to utilize the system, or changes in preference.
The Tactical Pause: We understand the unpredictable nature of tactical professions. If you face an official deployment, prolonged field training exercise (FTX), or mission lacking connectivity, execute the standard cancellation procedure prior to departure. Upon your return, contact us. We will seamlessly reinstate your account and Sustainment Cycle without requiring you to repeat the initial 90-Day Baseline Protocol.
