Physical Readiness Training Agreement

This Physical Readiness Training Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tactical Human Institute LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“THI”), and the individual or entity accessing the services (“Client”). THI and the Client are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

To facilitate the delivery, analysis, and administration of Physical Readiness Training (“PRT”), THI utilizes employees, independent contractors, and third-party service providers. Throughout this Agreement, the term “Coach” refers to THI and any such individuals or entities performing services on its behalf.

By accepting this Agreement digitally, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions effective as of the date of acceptance (the “Effective Date”):

NATURE OF SERVICE

PRT is an unsupervised, remote programming service focused on strength training and task-specific metabolic conditioning. The Coach provides the system architecture (programming), and the Client manages the execution at their sole risk. The Client acknowledges that the use of exercise equipment and programs involves an inherent risk of injury to persons and property, which is heightened during non-supervised training.

ASSESSMENT PROTOCOLS

To comply with professional liability insurance requirements and ensure Client safety, the following protocols apply:

  • Virtual Assessment: The Coach must conduct an initial face-to-face evaluation of all Clients before the commencement of PRT. The Coach will conduct this assessment virtually via Google Meet or a similar video conferencing platform.

  • Location Restrictions: The Client acknowledges that no training, assessments, or consultations will take place at a physical facility owned, leased, or operated by the Coach or THI. The Client is responsible for providing their own training environment.

  • Geographic Eligibility: Services are strictly limited to Clients residing within the United States, Canada, and U.S. Territories. The Client represents that they are located within these jurisdictions during the term of this Agreement.

COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

The Coach acts as a programming architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME). To fulfill this role, the Coach shall:

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive initial consultation to identify the Client’s specific mission requirements, operational goals, and current physical capacity.

  • System Architecture: Design a structured, task-oriented training system delivered exclusively through the BridgeAthletic mobile application.

  • Evidence-Based Programming: Provide specific training protocols designed to optimize Total System Performance (TSP) using verified strength and conditioning methodologies.

  • Data Monitoring & Iteration: Review Client-logged data and performance metrics to provide periodic feedback and iterative adjustments to the program architecture.

  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance and answer technical questions regarding the prescribed programming. The Coach will respond to inquiries within a reasonable professional window (typically 24–48 hours unless otherwise noted).anner.

Client Responsibilities

As this is a remote, unsupervised service, the Client assumes primary responsibility for their own safety and the successful execution of the PRT system. The Client shall:

  • Autonomous Execution: Take complete and exclusive responsibility for the execution of the program, including the selection of appropriate loads (weights), the mastery of movement mechanics, and the maintenance of a safe training environment.

  • Assumption of Risk: Acknowledge that all exercise programs involve inherent risks, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, cardiovascular stress, and property damage. The Client voluntarily assumes these risks and waives all claims for personal or property damage against THI and the Coach.

  • Physical Representation: Represent that they are in good physical health and possess no known medical conditions, disabilities, or limitations that would preclude participation in a high-intensity exercise program.

  • Data Integrity: Maintain consistent, accurate data logging in the BridgeAthletic app. The Client understands that the effectiveness of the program architecture depends entirely on the quality of the data provided.

  • Proactive Communication: Promptly notify the Coach if the program volume or intensity exceeds their current capacity, or if they experience excessive fatigue, pain (distinguished from muscle soreness), or degraded recovery.

  • Competency (KSAs): Affirm that they possess the necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) to perform the prescribed movements safely. The Client acknowledges that, because this is a remote service, the Coach cannot observe form, correct technical errors in real-time, or mitigate immediate environmental hazards.

  • Equipment & Facilities: Maintain and inspect all equipment and facilities used for the program to ensure they meet the safety requirements for the prescribed training.

DATA PORTABILITY & PROFESSIONAL TRANSFER

THI acknowledges that the Client may work with other healthcare or performance professionals (e.g., Physical Therapists, Physicians, or Unit Strength Coaches). To support the Client’s holistic performance goals, THI agrees to the following:

  • Authorization for Transfer: Upon receipt of a formal, written request (electronic mail is sufficient), the Coach will provide relevant training data, performance metrics, and program architecture notes to a designated third-party professional.

  • Consent Required: No data will be shared with third parties without the Client’s explicit written permission, except where required by law.

  • Format of Data: Data will be provided in a standard digital format (e.g., CSV or PDF export) as generated by the BridgeAthletic platform. THI is not responsible for the third party’s interpretation, use, or implementation of the provided data.

  • Scope of Transfer: This transfer is limited to performance and training data. It does not include proprietary THI methodology or intellectual property beyond the Client’s specific individualized programming.

Check-in Sessions

Check-in sessions are strategic, time-bound consultations designed to address specific needs and provide critical updates to the Client’s PRT system.

  • Professional Scope: Sessions utilize an expert (advisory) or coaching approach to optimize physical performance. The Client acknowledges that these sessions are not therapy or mental health counseling. The Coach is not a licensed medical professional, and these sessions should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

  • Format: Check-ins may occur in person, via telephone, or via Google Meet, based on Client preference and availability.

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY

To maintain the integrity of the training schedule, the Parties agree to the following:

  • Punctuality: Both Parties will adhere to established appointment times. A five (5) minute grace period is permitted. If the Client is more than five minutes late, the session is considered a "No-Show" and is canceled. If the Coach is more than five minutes late, the Client may consider the appointment canceled and request a reschedule at no cost.

  • 24-Hour Notice: The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.

TRAINING INVESTMENT & CANCELLATION

  • Fees and Subscriptions: Current rates for all PRT services are maintained at tacticalhumaninstitute.com/training. By subscribing, the Client authorizes recurring billing at the selected rate until a formal cancellation is processed.

  • Cancellation Procedure: Training subscriptions may be canceled at any time exclusively through the Client’s account portal at tacticalhumaninstitute.com/account/login.

  • Termination of Access: Upon cancellation, the Client will retain access to the BridgeAthletic app and Coach support until the conclusion of the current billing cycle. On the final day of the cycle, all digital access, data monitoring, and SME support will cease immediately.

  • Refund Policy (Strict): No refunds will be issued for any training subscription for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Relocation or change in mission status.

    • Personal illness or physical injury.

    • Periods of user inactivity or failure to log data.

    • Dissatisfaction with the programming style or methodology.
