PHASE 2: CAPABILITY TRANSFER | 90-DAY INTEGRATION PROTOCOL

Behavioral Readiness Coaching Agreement

Last updated: May 23, 2026

This agreement is between Tactical Human Institute LLC ("THI," "we," or "us") and you, the Client.

To deliver Phase 2 Capability Transfer, THI utilizes National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). In this document, "Practitioner" refers to THI and any credentialed professional operating on our behalf. By clicking to accept this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the operational protocols established below.

1. THE SCOPE OF OPERATIONS

This protocol is an architecture of guided self-regulation. We do not issue behavioral prescriptions; we facilitate deliberate capability transfer. The objective is to establish resilient behavioral systems that optimize your operational readiness and recovery under mission conditions.

  • Operator-Authored: You retain the locus of control. You are the author of your readiness system. Your Practitioner acts as a facilitator, utilizing coaching psychology to develop your internal decision-making and self-efficacy.

  • The Clinical Boundary (Not Therapy): This is operational coaching focused on present execution and future capability. It is not psychological therapy, clinical counseling, or medical treatment. If your requirements extend beyond our operational scope, we will seamlessly route you to vetted clinical professionals.

2. ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES (What We Do)

Your Practitioner serves as your behavioral integration architect. We will:

  • Apply Objective Inquiry: Utilize Motivational Interviewing and coaching psychology to help you identify operational friction, structural constraints, and intrinsic motivators.

  • Facilitate Data Analysis: Guide you in interpreting your own physical and behavioral data so you learn to dose your own stress and recovery without external dependency.

  • Enforce Realism: Provide direct, objective feedback when your daily execution misaligns with your stated operational mission.

  • Provide Architectural Frameworks: Instead of issuing generic checklists, we provide the mental models necessary for you to integrate operational maintenance into high-load environments.

  • Maintain Scope Discipline: Strictly adhere to the ethical and professional boundaries established by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC).

3. OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES (What You Do)

Because this phase relies on deliberate capability transfer, success is entirely dependent on your agency and execution. You must:

  • Assume the Locus of Control: Take absolute command over the implementation and iteration of your behavioral systems.

  • Provide Accurate Intelligence: Share the unvarnished reality of your habits, stress loads, and recovery. The architecture only functions if the data is accurate.

  • Iterate Through Friction: Understand that friction, setbacks, and failures are biological and psychological realities required for adaptation. You must be willing to engage the AAR Loop (Plan → Execute → Reflect → Adapt).

  • Communicate Requirements: If your operational environment shifts, or you require a different architectural approach or feedback style, it is your responsibility to communicate this to your Practitioner immediately.

4. INFORMATION SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We deal in operational intelligence, not surveillance. What we discuss remains secure.

  • All strategic discussions and behavioral data remain strictly private and confidential, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

  • We will never distribute your intelligence or personal information to a third party or command team without your explicit written authorization—except in instances where there is an imminent threat of serious injury to yourself or others.

5. INTEGRATION AUDITS & PROTOCOL

To maintain operational efficiency across our roster, we strictly enforce the following:

  • The Format: Audits (sessions) take place via secure video (e.g., Google Meet) or via designated secure channels.

  • Punctuality: We observe a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the audit is marked as a "No-Show" and forfeited for the month. If your Practitioner is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be rescheduled at no cost or penalty to you.

  • 24-Hour Notice: You must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an audit. Alterations within 24 hours of the start time result in the forfeiture of that session.

6. PROTOCOL STRUCTURE, BILLING, & CANCELLATION

  • The 90-Day Integration Protocol: True behavioral architecture requires time to bypass industrial-era dependencies and establish structural resilience. This program requires an initial 3-month commitment at $315.00 per month ($945.00 total). Upon completion, your architecture seamlessly transitions to a month-to-month Sustainment Cycle at our standard rate.

  • Termination of Protocol: After the initial 90 days, you may terminate your sustainment cycle at any time via your portal at tacticalhumaninstitute.com/account/login.

  • Post-Cancellation Access: Upon termination, you retain access to digital resources and your Practitioner until the conclusion of your current billing cycle. On the final day of that cycle, all access and architectural support will cease.

  • Zero-Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes relocation, injury, illness, failure to book audits, or changes in preference.

  • The Tactical Pause: We understand the unpredictable nature of tactical professions. If you face an official deployment, prolonged field training exercise (FTX), or mission lacking connectivity, execute the standard cancellation procedure prior to departure. Upon your return, contact us. We will seamlessly reinstate your account and Sustainment Cycle without requiring you to repeat the initial 90-Day Integration Protocol.
