This is a highly prescribed physical architecture designed by credentialed experts (RSCC) to match the exact physiological demands of your operational environment and Mission-Essential Task Lists (METL). We bridge the gap between high-performance sports science and the unpredictable friction of the tactical environment.

System Diagnostics (Assessment Metrics)

We do not measure performative gym numbers; we measure operational capability. You are assessed through structured protocols tracking three key data streams:

  • Output Metrics: Relative strength ratios, load tolerance (ruck/carry capacity), and mixed-modal work capacity.

  • Engine Metrics: Resting Heart Rate (RHR) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to gauge autonomic health and recovery status.
