The Sovereignty Doctrine
Client Bill of Rights & Ethical Framework
Aligned in Action. Accountable in Practice. Mission-first. Human-always.
We train those who move toward complexity. We coach with precision and humility—balancing human autonomy with operational excellence. Every interaction honors your right to clarity, confidentiality, and choice.
This document defines how THI protects your sovereignty, your data, and your development—so that readiness never comes at the expense of personhood.
I. Sovereignty & Autonomy
Your readiness is yours.
Command Authority: You retain full control of participation, progress, and pause.
Voluntary Engagement: You may pause, modify, or exit any service at any time—no penalties, no pressure sales.
Freedom from Coercion: You will never be coerced through identity tactics, fear-mongering, or crisis narratives.
Informed Consent: You will always receive transparent documentation before data collection or participation in testing, training, or advising activities.
Doctrine Principle: We guide. You decide.
II. Confidentiality & Boundaries
Confidentiality is a condition of trust, not a marketing claim.
Secure Perimeter: All coaching, advising, and assessment data remain confidential within strict legal and ethical limits.
Data Purpose: Data is stored securely and used only for your training and readiness progression.
Right to Erase: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
Group Dynamics: Group or organizational advising honors both individual privacy and collective professionalism.
No Surveillance: We do not surveil. We measure only what serves your readiness.
Doctrine Principle: Trust is currency. We do not devalue it.

IV. Duty of Care
Your psychological and physical safety are non-negotiable.
Risk Mitigation: We screen, progress, and debrief to reduce preventable harm.
Entry Standards: All clients undergo medical screening (PAR-Q+, Red-Flag Checklist).
The THI Model: Programs follow a Precision $\rightarrow$ Progression $\rightarrow$ Integration logic.
Environmental Awareness: We maintain risk awareness regarding heat, cold, altitude, hydration, and PACE planning.
