Client Bill of Rights
The Tactical Human Institute Sovereignty Doctrine
Aligned in Action. Accountable in Practice.
Mission-first. Human-always.
We train those who move toward complexity.
We coach with precision and humility—balancing human autonomy with operational excellence.
Every interaction honors your right to clarity, confidentiality, and choice.
This page defines how THI protects your sovereignty, your data, and your development—so that readiness never comes at the expense of personhood.
I. Sovereignty & Autonomy
Your readiness is yours.
You retain full control of participation, progress, and pause.
You may pause, modify, or exit any service at any time—no penalties, no pressure sales.
You will never be coerced through identity, fear, or crisis narratives.
You will always receive informed consent documentation before data collection or participation in testing, training, or advising activities.
Doctrine Principle: We guide. You decide.
II. Confidentiality & Boundaries
Confidentiality is a condition of trust, not a marketing claim.
All coaching, advising, and assessment data remain confidential within legal and ethical limits.
Data are stored securely, and used only for your training and readiness progression.

Group or organizational advising honors both individual privacy and collective professionalism.
