Readiness Systems Advisory Agreement

Last updated: January 18, 2026

This agreement is made between Tactical Human Institute LLC, 619 Alethea Park Drive, El Paso, TX 79902 (“Advisor” or “THI”) and the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable (“Client”) on the day of purchase. Both parties agree to the following:

Readiness Systems Advisory is a technical, interdisciplinary management and engineering approach applied to system development and integration. The advisory relationship supports the Client in architecting a comprehensive readiness ecosystem by synchronizing the human element with hardware and software components. This partnership is transdisciplinary, bridging the gap between academic research and field application to optimize Total System Performance (TSP). The role of the Advisor is to provide the systems engineering process and program management effort required to integrate human capabilities into the system design.

  • The Client and Advisor agree to engage fully in the systems integration experience.

  • The Client recognizes that Readiness Systems Advisory is technical consulting and systems engineering, not therapy, clinical counseling, or individual health and wellness coaching.

Advisor Responsibilities

  • The Advisor’s role is to help the Client optimize TSP and minimize Total Ownership Costs (TOC) over the life cycle of the individual or team platform.

  • Through a Top-Down Requirements Analysis (TDRA), the Advisor will identify human performance requirements and categorize them throughout the lifecycle.

  • The Advisor will provide integrated and comprehensive analysis across the seven HSI domains: Manpower, Personnel, Training, Human Factors Engineering (HFE), Habitability, Safety and Occupational Health (SOH), and Force Protection and Survivability (FP&S).

  • The Advisor will conduct Mission, Functional, and Task Analyses to define human roles and allocate functions appropriately between humans, hardware, and software.

  • The Advisor will perform Trade-off Analyses to ensure that design changes in one domain (e.g., a new physical training protocol) do not adversely impact other domains such as safety, workload, or manpower availability.

  • The Advisor will balance human capabilities and limitations with the affordances and constraints presented by technology to achieve system objectives.

  • The Advisor will be direct and firm with technical feedback, identifying high-risk areas and developing mitigation plans.

  • The Advisor will help identify creative engineering solutions, such as automation or task reallocation, to optimize workload and prevent information overload.

  • The Advisor will provide guidance for a Verification and Validation (V&V) process to evaluate the success of the human-system integration.

Client Responsibilities

  • The Client wants to move beyond individual programming to architect a holistic readiness ecosystem.

  • The Client believes that a Total Systems Approach—viewing the human as integral to the hardware and software—will bring powerful benefits.

  • The Client is ready to take responsibility for implementing engineered frameworks and sustaining changes within their specific operational environment.

  • The Client is ready to invest in a monthly retainer to unlock continuous asynchronous support and system architecture maintenance.

  • The Client will be open and honest, providing a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and relevant mission data to inform the integration process.

  • The Client is open to technical suggestions, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles.

  • The Client understands that technical trade-offs are necessary to balance competing factors like cost, schedule, and performance.

Confidentiality

The Advisor agrees to keep all conversations, technical data, and mission-sensitive information private and confidential, as allowable by law.

No proprietary information or Target Audience Descriptions (TAD) will be shared with anyone without the Client’s express permission.

Advisory Commitment

By entering into this relationship, the Client and Advisor acknowledge that systemic change and architectural maintenance are ongoing processes. Readiness at scale often takes time to implement and validate.

Advisory Session Procedures

Advisory sessions may occur in person or over Google Meet, depending on the venue that works best for the Client and what advisory package is selected.

  • The Advisor and Client agree to adhere to established appointment times.

  • The Advisory and Client agree to begin and finish all appointments on time. If the Client is more than 15 minutes late, the session is forfeited at the full fee. If the Advisor is more than 15 minutes late, the Client shall not be responsible for payment for that session.

  • The Client agrees to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Advisory Fees

  • The retainer fee is required to unlock the exclusive scheduler, asynchronous reachback, and system architecture maintenance.

  • Consultation sessions are booked at $75 per 30-minute call.

If the Client terminates the retainer, access to the Gated Integration Portal and technical support will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.

All fees are payable via Stripe through the THI website before services are provided.
