HPO Systems Advisory Agreement

This agreement is between Tactical Human Institute LLC ("THI," "we," or "us") and you, the Client/Partner organization.

To deliver HPO Systems Advisory, THI utilizes credentialed Human Performance Systems Architects. In this document, "Advisor" refers to THI and any professional operating on our behalf. By clicking to accept this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the operational protocols established below.

1. THE SCOPE OF OPERATIONS

This is a 1:1 strategic architectural partnership for Human Performance (HPO) Professionals tasked with building, scaling, or overhauling organizational readiness programs. We serve as your strategic overwatch. Utilizing Post-Structural Systems Architecture (PSSA), we assist you in deconstructing legacy models that manufacture dependency, allowing you to engineer an ecosystem that produces highly capable, autonomous operators.

  • The Objective (Planned Obsolescence): We help you architect a system where your continuous, hands-on intervention is no longer required by your tactical population.

  • The Clinical Boundary: This is systems engineering and program management consulting. It is not individual physical training, health coaching, or clinical counseling.

2. ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES (What We Do)

Your Advisor acts as your systems engineer and strategic auditor. We will:

  • Diagnose the Ecosystem: Audit your current programming utilizing Human Systems Integration (HSI) principles, looking beyond sets and reps to identify how your system impacts manpower, safety, human factors, and operational demand.

  • Identify & Eliminate Dependency: Help you pinpoint the hidden incentives, metrics, and leadership behaviors within your organization that trap operators in dependency loops with clinics and spreadsheets.

  • Architect the Pivot: Assist you in designing DOTMLPF-P aligned solutions to transition your organizational culture from a passive "compliance" model to an active "capability transfer" model.

  • Conduct Objective System Audits: Provide unfiltered, objective feedback on your program’s architectural design, redundancies, and strategic blind spots.

3. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES (What You Do)

Because we operate in an advisory capacity, the success of the ecosystem depends entirely on your organizational leadership. You must:

  • Execute the Architecture: We provide the systems logic; you build and command the ecosystem. You remain fully responsible for the implementation, safety, and outcomes within your organization.

  • Supply Unvarnished Intelligence: Provide an accurate operational picture of your unit's Concept of Operations (CONOPS), budgetary constraints, facility limitations, and command climate.

  • Commit to the Architectural Pivot: You must be willing to abandon industrial-era legacy models, accept strategic programming trade-offs, and prioritize operator autonomy over practitioner control.

4. INFORMATION SECURITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We operate with strict operational security regarding your personnel and strict boundaries regarding our proprietary systems.

  • Your Intelligence (OPSEC): We will keep your organizational data, mission-sensitive information, and internal unit metrics strictly confidential, to the fullest extent allowable by law.

  • Our Intellectual Property (IP): You are retaining THI for strategic advisory services, not purchasing the ownership of THI's proprietary Post-Structural Systems Architecture methodology. You are authorized to apply our frameworks to your internal organizational programming, but you may not duplicate, package, or resell our methodology as your own commercial product.

5. PROTOCOL STRUCTURE, BILLING, & CANCELLATION

To maintain operational efficiency across our advisory roster, we strictly enforce the following:

  • The Strategic Retainer: This is a continuous advisory relationship billed at $500.00 per month for individual peer-to-peer advisory. (Organizational retainers spanning multiple practitioners scale to departmental scope and are governed by a separate invoicing structure).

  • The Format & Punctuality: Advisory audits take place via secure video (e.g., Google Meet). We observe a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session is marked as a "No-Show" and forfeited. If your Advisor is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be rescheduled at no cost or penalty to you.

  • 24-Hour Notice: You must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an advisory audit. Alterations within 24 hours of the start time result in the forfeiture of that session.

  • Termination of Retainer: You may terminate your monthly retainer at any time via your secure portal at tacticalhumaninstitute.com/account/login. Advisory overwatch and support will continue until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

  • Zero-Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds for advisory retainers under any circumstances.

  • The Tactical Pause: We understand the unpredictable nature of tactical command. If you face an official deployment, prolonged field training exercise (FTX), or mission lacking connectivity, execute the standard cancellation procedure prior to departure. Upon your return, contact us. We will seamlessly reinstate your account and advisory support so you can resume operations exactly where you left off.
